Docs / How the portal works
Every engagement runs in one place — proposal, deliverables, files, billing and comments. See the work as it happens, with no PMs, no decks, and no agency overhead.
How we build in publicOne engine turns each ship into a log, a LinkedIn post, a thread and a visual — drawn from the real work.Bug BlitzStructured QA against a live URL — findings walked along a flow, clustered across testers, pushed to the fix.Why this exists
No status meetings
Open the portal and see exactly where the work is. Every deliverable has a live state — drafting, in review, approved — without anyone scheduling a sync to tell you.
No chasing files
Source files, exports and final assets sit alongside the work they belong to. No Drive folders, no expired Figma links, no “which version is final”.
No PM overhead
Director-level design without an agency wrapped around it. The portal does the project-management work, so the fee goes to design hours, not to managing them.
How it works
The portal, section by section
Each engagement begins as a proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline and a transparent fee breakdown. Countersign inline, and the proposal becomes the engagement’s reference contract.
Proposal · Example
Brand & product engagement
Every piece of work — a brand mark, a flow, a research synthesis — is a deliverable with its own state, comments and revision history. Approve, request changes, or download exports without leaving the portal.
Deliverables · 3 of 12
Source files, exports and reference material live alongside the deliverable they belong to. Versioned, never overwritten, always downloadable. No third-party link to expire.
Files · Brand mark
Invoices generated against the proposal’s schedule. Pay by card or bank transfer; every line item is traceable back to a deliverable or milestone.

Can we tighten the header? Feels a touch loud against the table.

Agreed — taking it down two steps in the type scale. Pushing now.
